Fleur de Lys
Sauvignon Blanc, Loire

FLEUR de LYS is a crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc originating from the Touraine vineyards in the Loire Valley. It is produced in a vineyard where environmentally sustainable methods are used and who are working on obtaining the organic certification.

TOURAINE is the district at the very heart of the Loire Valley - both geographically and in term of production.  It is centered around the town of Tours, and follows the Loire river along 100km, from Blois in the east to Chinon and Bourgueil in the west.

The Loire Valley is an important wine region in France for both the quantity of wines it produces, and the diversity of its wines.  Though it is often overshadowed by the more famous wine regions such as Burgundy and Bordeaux, the Loire wines are worth discovering.
