Crémant de Bourgogne

Crémant de Bourgogne is made with the “Méthode Champenoise” mainly with same grape varietals as Champagne. In this case, this Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grape mainly with a small part of Aligoté. Burgundy is one of the most renowned places in the world for growing the Chardonnay grape. The style and characteristics, especially the mineral edge, of this wine make it very like its cousins from Champagne.
